Important Information

Students
All students MUST specify their obtained and pursued academic degrees and briefly describe how the Frontiers in Neurophotonics summer school is in connection with their current research or studies (please see registration form for more details).  Students from the fields of biology, photonics, neuroscience or related are strongly encouraged to apply.  Applications will be reviewed rapidly upon reception and an email will be sent to confirm (or not) the student participation.

Posters (optional)
All attendees may present a poster at the summer school.  Please submit an abstract no later than May 9^th, 2007 (noon) with your application form and payment.  You MUST be registered and attend the summer school to be allowed to submit an abstract.  Abstracts should be no longer than 1500 characters (including title, authors, spaces, etc).  As the number of posters is limited, a confirmation email will be sent to those accepted on May 11^th 2007.

Payment
Payment MUST be received with your registration form.  All payments must be made by check payable to “CRULRG (FINSC 07)”.

NO forms will be processed without payment.

If your application cannot be accepted, your check will be immediately sent back to your attention.

Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to each registrant.  PAYMENT PROBLEMS WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF YOUR REGISTRATION.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be received in writing by Friday May 25^th, 2007. A CAN $50 service charge will be assessed for processing funds. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for processing. All registrations received after Friday May 18^th, 2007 will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Registration Fees

• Laval University student    CAN $100

• Students and post-docs    CAN $250

• Non-student academics    CAN $400

• Non-academic                 CAN$1000

All students and academic personnel must provide a proof of affiliation with their university.

Registration will grant full access to all of the lecture sessions, exhibit, laboratory demonstrations and poster sessions. All coffee breaks and lunches (Tuesday 5th to Thursday 7th) are included, as well as the welcoming cocktail on Monday 4th.
